Google search ads management that pays for buyers, not browsers
We plan, build and run Google Search campaigns for businesses that want enquiries, calls and orders from people actively searching for what they sell. This google search ads management service suits advertisers with a real offer, a working website and a need to see which keywords produce revenue.

- Keyword and match-type decisions made around buying intent, not volume
- Negative keyword and search-term reviews on a fixed weekly rhythm
- Reports that tie spend to calls, forms, WhatsApp chats and sales
Intent is the whole advantage
Search is the one Google channel where the customer has already typed the problem. Someone who searches for an emergency plumber, a tax consultant in Gulberg or a used Corolla is not being interrupted; they are shopping.
That is why a well-run Search account usually becomes the backbone of a Google Ads programme, and why we start most new accounts here before adding anything else.
The catch is that Google gives you plenty of ways to spend money badly. Broad match without guard rails, a single ad group holding forty unrelated keywords, a bidding strategy switched on before any conversion data exists: each of these is common, and each quietly drains the budget. Our work is mostly about preventing those leaks and then pushing harder on what is working.
We have managed more than $20M in ad spend for 500+ clients, in markets from the USA and UK to the UAE and Pakistan. The accounts that last are never the cleverest. They are the ones where someone reads the search terms report every week and acts on it.
Situations that bring clients to Search management
Most clients come to us after one of these situations.
Clicks but no enquiries
Traffic arrives, the phone stays quiet. Usually the keywords, the ad promise or the landing page are out of line with each other. We find which.
Budget disappearing into irrelevant searches
Job seekers, students, DIY researchers and competitors' customers all click. Negative lists and tighter match types stop most of it.
No idea which keywords matter
Reports show clicks and impressions, never revenue. We connect keywords to leads and, where possible, to closed deals.
Agency reports nobody can read
A screenshot of impressions is not a report. You get plain language on what was spent, what came back and what changes next.
Rising cost per lead
Competitors bid up, quality drops, ads age. We separate market pressure from account problems before touching bids.
Starting from nothing
A new advertiser needs a sensible structure, careful early budgets and tracking that works on day one, not a copy of someone else's account.

Inside the monthly management
Scope depends on account size, but these are the standing deliverables.
- Keyword research and intent groupingSeed lists, competitor and search-term mining, and grouping by what the searcher wants, so each ad group tells one story.
- Campaign and ad group structureSeparate campaigns for brand, high-intent services, locations and testing, so budget follows value.
- Responsive search ad copyHeadlines and descriptions written from your real offers, proof and objections, with pinning used sparingly and for a reason.
- Match types and negative keywordsExact and phrase as the default, broad match only with strong conversion data, and a maintained negative list at campaign and account level.
- Assets and extensionsSitelinks, callouts, call and location assets, structured snippets and lead form assets where they fit the goal.
- Bidding strategyManual or Maximize Clicks to gather data when needed, then Target CPA or Maximize Conversions once enough conversions exist.
- Landing page recommendationsWe review message match, speed, form length and WhatsApp or call options, and list the fixes in priority order.
- Weekly checks and monthly reportSearch terms, spend pacing and disapprovals checked weekly. A written report and call each month.

From first call to steady optimisation
The order matters more than the speed. Tracking comes before spend.
- Discovery and goal settingWe agree what counts as a lead or sale, what a good enquiry is worth to you and which services or products you most want to sell.
- Account and tracking foundationWe set up or audit conversions in Google Ads and GA4 through Google Tag Manager, including call and WhatsApp clicks. See our conversion tracking setup for how that works.
- Keyword map and ad buildKeywords are mapped to ad groups and landing pages, ads are written and negatives are loaded before launch, not after the first wasted week.
- Launch with controlled budgetsCampaigns go live with caps that let us learn quickly without a surprise bill. Early bidding is conservative.
- Search-term and ad testingReal queries replace guesses. We add winners, block waste and rotate ad variants against each other.
- Scale, reallocate or stopBudget moves toward keywords and locations that produce qualified leads. Weak segments are cut, and we tell you plainly when a market is too expensive for your margin.
Keyword types and how we treat each
Not every search term deserves the same bid or the same landing page.
Keyword type | Example pattern | Our treatment |
|---|---|---|
Service plus location | emergency dentist Lahore | Exact and phrase, tight location targeting, call assets on |
Problem or symptom | how to fix a leaking roof | Test carefully, usually lower intent, often better in content or SEO |
Competitor names | brand X alternatives | Separate campaign, small budget, honest ads, never mixed with core terms |
Brand terms | your own company name | Own campaign, cheap protection against competitor ads |
Research terms | best, vs, reviews, price | Controlled tests; often a comparison page converts better than a form |
Job and DIY terms | jobs, salary, free, template | Blocked through negatives from day one |
Tools behind the account
Standard tools, used carefully. You keep ownership of every account.
Tool | Used for | What you see |
|---|---|---|
Google Ads | Campaigns, search terms, assets, bidding | Spend, clicks, conversions, impression share |
Google Keyword Planner | Demand and keyword discovery | Seasonality and related queries |
GA4 | Behaviour and conversion cross-checks | What visitors do after the click |
Google Tag Manager | Form, call and WhatsApp event tags | Clean conversion events |
Looker Studio | Reporting dashboards | One page for spend, leads and cost per lead |
Your CRM or lead sheet | Lead quality and closed sales | Which keywords bring buyers |
Common failure points in Search accounts
It is an account built around what the owner wants to be found for rather than what customers type. A clinic wants to rank for its name; patients type the symptom.
We start from real search language, including Roman Urdu spellings in Pakistan, and bend the ads toward it.
If every form fill counts equally, Google optimises for the easy ones. If call clicks are counted as calls, you pay for people who tapped and hung up.
We use call-length rules, form validation and, where you can supply it, feedback from your sales team, so bidding learns from the leads you actually want.
Search terms change weekly, competitors enter, seasons shift. A monthly glance is not management. This is why weekly checks are written into the scope rather than offered as an extra.
Cost and timeline: the factors, not a menu
A competitive legal or finance keyword in the USA costs far more per click than a local service in Lahore, and no agency controls that.
We quote after a short account and market review, with no obligation.
A new campaign usually needs a few weeks of real clicks before bidding automation behaves well, and sales cycles longer than that, such as B2B or high-value services, take longer to judge.
Cases where Search is not the right fit
If nobody searches for what you sell, because the product is new or the category is unknown, Search will find only a trickle and you are better served by YouTube ads or social channels first to create awareness.
A slow page, a broken form or a phone nobody answers will waste any click, however well targeted.
We would rather fix that first, perhaps through landing page design, than sell you management on top of it.
And if you want a result without a budget, Search is not the channel; SEO builds slowly but has no per-click cost.
Proof by method, not by screenshot
We do not publish made-up before-and-after numbers. This is how results are measured on your account.
Conversion definitions agreed up front
Calls above a set length, form submissions and WhatsApp starts are tracked separately, so a phone ring is never confused with a sale.
Cost per qualified lead
We ask you to mark leads as good or bad and report on the good ones, not just the cheap ones.
Search term transparency
You can see which real queries triggered ads and which we blocked. See the negative keywords lesson for the reasoning.
Monthly written report
Spend, results, changes made and next tests, readable by someone who does not use Google Ads. Past examples sit in our Google Ads case studies.
Working with us from Lahore

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
How is Google Search different from Performance Max or Display?
Search shows text ads to people typing a query, so intent is high and control is tight. Performance Max and Display reach people across other surfaces with more automation. Our post on Search ads versus Performance Max explains when to pick which.
How much budget do I need?
It depends on your market, the cost of your keywords and how many conversions you need to learn from. We look at real keyword prices and your margin before suggesting a starting figure, and we say so if the maths does not work.
What conversions do you track besides forms?
Phone calls from ads and from the website, WhatsApp clicks, chat starts and, where possible, offline results from your CRM. Each is its own conversion action, so we can value them differently and avoid counting a click as a sale.
Do you use broad match?
Sometimes, and only once an account has solid conversion data and strong negative lists. Early on, exact and phrase match keep spend predictable. The broad versus exact match lesson covers the trade-off.
Will I own the Google Ads account?
Yes. The account sits under your Google login or manager access you control, and you can see everything. If we part ways, the account and its history stay with you.
How soon will I see leads?
Clicks start within days of approval, but judging quality takes longer. Plan on an initial learning phase of several weeks, longer for low-volume or high-ticket services.
Can you take over an existing account?
Yes. We begin with a review of structure, tracking and search terms, often alongside a Google Ads audit, then fix before we scale. Read what to expect in what to expect from an agency, or talk to us.
