Our position on CRM work

A CRM is not software you buy. It is a habit you build, and the software either helps or hinders it.

We have spent more than 18 years in digital marketing and web development, managing more than $20M in ad spend and building 500+ websites, and the same lesson keeps returning: leads are cheap to generate compared with what they cost to lose. Most businesses we meet already pay for the leads. They lack the system that makes sure somebody follows up.

So we treat CRM development as operations design first and programming second. We start by watching how enquiries arrive, who touches them and where they go cold. Then we decide whether the answer is a hosted product, a configured platform or a custom build, and we are comfortable recommending the cheaper option when it will do.

This matters for clients who also buy marketing from us. When lead generation and the CRM are planned together, the ad accounts can learn from real outcomes instead of form fills. That is the practical bridge between our Google Ads management work and the pipeline you see inside the CRM.

We keep a firm line against over-selling. If a spreadsheet and a clear weekly routine would solve your problem this quarter, we will say so and charge nothing for the opinion.

Overview of the CRM services we offer

Our CRM work falls into three groups.

The first is custom development: bespoke systems built on Laravel or ASP.NET when your process does not fit a packaged product.

Examples include sales CRM development for B2B teams, education CRM development for admissions offices, and ecommerce CRM development for stores that run on WhatsApp and cash on delivery.

The second is platform implementation.

Zoho CRM implementation suits teams that want flexibility and a wide app family.

HubSpot CRM implementation suits companies with active marketing and a need to track campaigns to revenue.

The third is integration and process support: connecting the CRM to accounting, ERP, telephony and WhatsApp, and coaching sales teams to use it.

Our CRM implementation for sales teams service covers the human side, while ERP development services handle the back-office systems a CRM often needs to talk to.

Each of these sits on the same discipline: a defined pipeline, a single record per customer, clear ownership and reports that managers read.

Teams that benefit most

The common thread is a business with more enquiries or customers than people can track by memory and chat.

Sales-led B2B firms

Software sellers, distributors, agencies and manufacturers with multi-step deals and several reps.

Education providers

Schools, colleges, universities and training institutes managing intakes, counselling and fee follow-up.

Online stores

Shopify, WooCommerce and custom stores that need COD confirmation, support and repeat-purchase tracking.

Service businesses

Clinics, law firms, travel and real estate companies that depend on enquiries and appointments.

Franchise and multi-branch groups

Owners who want a single view of leads and conversions across locations.

Companies leaving spreadsheets

Teams whose data sits in sheets and chats and who need structure without a heavy IT project.

A delivery process with clear checkpoints

The same backbone applies to custom and platform projects, adjusted to scale.

  1. DiscoveryWe map lead sources, stages, roles and reports with your team, and review any existing tools and data.
  2. RecommendationYou receive a short written plan: build, buy or configure, with reasons, phases and the risks we see.
  3. DesignScreens, fields, permissions and automations are drawn and approved before development begins.
  4. Build or configureWork happens in sprints on a staging site, with regular demos for your staff.
  5. Migration and integrationData is cleaned and imported, and connections to ads, WhatsApp, accounting or ERP are tested.
  6. Training and go-liveRole-based sessions, a supervised launch and a defined cut-off for old tools.
  7. Support and reviewA support window after launch, then periodic reviews to retire unused fields and add what has proved useful.

Build, configure or buy: our decision rules

We use a handful of plain rules.

If your pipeline is conventional, your team is small and you want to start soon, configure a hosted platform.

If marketing and sales both need to see the same funnel and you already run active campaigns, favour a platform with built-in marketing tools.

If your stages, quotes, approvals or reporting are unusual, if you need strict control of hosting, or if the CRM must sit inside your own software, build custom.

Cost over time matters as well as cost at launch.

Hosted tools charge per user and per feature tier, so a growing team sees the bill rise every year.

A custom system costs more to design but has no licence fee per seat, and you carry the maintenance instead.

Neither is automatically cheaper. We model both for you before you commit.

The worst outcome is a custom build for a problem a hosted tool would have solved, and the second worst is a tool bent so far out of shape that nobody can maintain it. Our job in discovery is to avoid both.

Standard inclusions on every project

Whatever the platform, these items come with the work.

  • Process map and requirementsA document you can keep, describing stages, fields, roles and reports.
  • Working system on your accountsHosted where you choose, with you as the owner of data and admin access.
  • Lead capture connectionsForms, ad lead forms, WhatsApp and manual entry feeding one queue.
  • AutomationAssignment, reminders, status changes and alerts matched to your rules.
  • Reports and dashboardsFunnel, source, activity and outcome views for each management level.
  • Training and documentationSessions per role and written guides for new hires.
  • HandoverAdmin credentials, technical documentation and a clear support arrangement.

Stitching the CRM to everything around it

A CRM becomes trusted when it agrees with the other systems people use.

If accounting shows a customer as paid while the CRM still lists the deal as open, reps stop believing the CRM.

So integration design gets as much attention as screens.

For each connection we decide which system is the source of truth for each field, which direction data flows and what happens when two systems disagree.

Typical connections include website and landing-page forms, Meta and Google lead forms, WhatsApp, email, telephony, accounting tools and ERP modules.

Our accounting and finance ERP module work and our wider ERP development services often sit on the other side of these connections, so we plan both ends together.

We build integrations through official APIs and webhooks where they exist, and add logging so a failed sync produces an alert instead of silent missing data.

Where a vendor offers no usable API, we say so early and propose a manual or scheduled-import fallback.

Failure patterns and our guardrails

Most failures are not technical.

The commonest is a CRM bought to fix a management problem. If owners want visibility but reps see only extra typing, the data will be thin and the project quietly dies.

The second is scope creep before launch: forty fields, twelve automations and six reports that nobody asked for.

The third is no owner after go-live, so the system stops matching how the business works.

We guard against these by keeping the first release small, naming an internal owner, testing with a pilot group and reviewing usage a few weeks after launch. Fields that nobody fills are removed.

Automations that confuse staff are simplified.

A smaller system that people open daily beats a complete one they avoid.

Another quiet failure is data nobody cleaned.

Duplicate contacts, phone numbers in six formats and missing sources produce reports that look precise and mislead.

Migration is therefore a real work package in our plans, with rules for merging, formatting and archiving that you approve.

Sectors where the work differs

Each sector bends a CRM differently.

Online stores need order sync, confirmation queues and returns, which is why our ecommerce marketing and CRM work run side by side.

Clinics and hospitals need appointment pipelines and strict handling of patient information, and our experience with healthcare marketing shapes how we design intake forms.

Schools and universities need intake, counselling and fee follow-up.
Wholesalers and manufacturers care about repeat orders, credit terms and sales rep territories.

Real estate and travel firms handle long sequences of calls, site visits and documents.

In each case we start from the sector's real workflow instead of a generic template, and we reuse components that have already been tested in practice.

Engagement models and cost drivers

We work in three ways.

A fixed-scope project suits well-defined builds, such as a sales pipeline with agreed modules. A phased engagement suits larger systems, where each phase is scoped and approved separately.

A retainer suits teams that want ongoing improvements, new reports and integrations after launch.

We do not publish a price list for CRM work, because the range between a configured hosted tool and a multi-branch custom system is enormous.

Cost depends on the number of user roles, pipelines and custom modules, the integrations required, the condition of your data, reporting depth and how much training your staff need.

After discovery you receive a written quote with phases, so you can start with the essentials and add features later.
For packaged tools, remember that licence fees are paid to the vendor and are separate from our implementation fee.

When your decision is still open, read our guide to choosing a CRM for your business and the comparison of Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce before you commit.

Working across time zones from Lahore

Most overseas clients worry about distance before they worry about quality.

In practice, a Lahore team overlaps comfortably with the Gulf for the whole working day, with UK afternoons and with the US East Coast morning.

We agree a fixed weekly call, a shared task board and written updates after each sprint, so progress never depends on catching someone live.

For clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe, we sign clear scopes, work under NDA when asked and invoice in USD. Staging links let your staff test features at their own hours.

If you want the longer argument for using a Pakistani team, our guide on working with Pakistan-based partners goes into contracts, communication and quality control.

Questions to put to any CRM vendor

Whether you hire us or someone else, these questions separate real partners from order takers.

  • Who owns the data and the code? You should hold admin access and receive documentation. Be wary of any arrangement that locks you in.
  • Can you recommend a cheaper option?A vendor who only ever suggests a custom build is selling, not advising.
  • How will you migrate our existing data?Ask for cleaning rules, a sample review and a rollback plan.
  • How will we know people are using it?Look for adoption measures, not just a launch date.
  • What happens after go-live?Support terms, fix windows and the cost of later changes should be written down.
  • How are integrations monitored?Failed syncs need alerts, not silence.
  • Who trains our staff?Training should be per role and include written material.

Proof by method and delivery from Lahore

We prove value in operational terms, not slogans.

Before a project begins we record the numbers you can already measure: enquiries per month, response time, share of leads contacted, conversion between stages.

After launch the same numbers come from the system, and we review them with you.

Adoption figures, such as daily users and records with a next step, show whether staff accept the tool.

Browse our work portfolio and case studies for more on how we document results.
Our team works from Gulberg III in Lahore and overlaps with business hours in the UAE, the UK and US mornings.

International clients are invoiced in USD.

Pakistani clients benefit from teams who understand WhatsApp as a primary sales channel, cash on delivery, Urdu and English communication, and the reality of mixed office and field work.

You can see how we serve overseas buyers through why businesses outsource to Pakistan.

CRM work also connects to the rest of our development practice, including Laravel development for custom builds and ERP development for operations. For a conversation about your project, contact us.

Support, change requests and the second year

A CRM changes the way people work, and then people ask for changes. That is healthy.

We offer a post-launch support window for fixes, followed by a simple arrangement for improvements: small changes handled on request, larger ones scoped as short projects. You are never forced into an open-ended retainer.

Year two is where value usually compounds.

Once the data is trustworthy, you can add forecasting, lead scoring based on your own history, automated reactivation of old leads and closer links to advertising accounts.

We would rather add these step by step on top of stable data than promise them on day one.
If your team changes, the documentation we leave and the training material make onboarding quick.

A new sales manager or admissions head should be able to read the process map and understand the system within a day.

Data protection, hosting and access control

Customer records are an asset and a liability.

We design role-based permissions so people see what their job requires, log changes to sensitive fields and agree backup routines in writing.

Hosting can be on a cloud server in a region you choose, on your own infrastructure or inside the platform you license.

If you serve customers in the UK, the EU or the Gulf, tell us at the start, because data protection and marketing-consent rules differ by country.

We build consent fields and opt-out handling into the system, but you should confirm current legal requirements with your own advisers.

Power cuts and unstable connections are also a local reality.

For teams that work on the move or in places with patchy internet, we favour cloud hosting with strong uptime, simple mobile screens and forms that save progress.

Before you hire

Questions to ask any CRM developer

Use these with us or with anyone else you are considering. A good provider answers them plainly.

  1. How will you map our sales process before building?Workshops or interviews that produce pipeline stages, fields and rules before any screens are built.
  2. Should we customise an existing CRM or build our own?An honest comparison with cost, speed and long-term trade-offs, not a default to custom code.
  3. How will data be migrated and cleaned?A mapping of old fields to new, duplicate handling and a test import.
  4. How will the team be trained?Short role-based sessions and a quick guide, with a support route during the first weeks.
  5. What reports will management get?Pipeline value, stage conversion, response time and source performance, built around decisions.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you get in touch.

What does a CRM development company actually do?

We analyse how your team handles leads and customers, then design and build or configure a system to support that process. The work includes data modelling, screens, automation, integrations, data migration, training and support. A good partner also tells you when a hosted tool is enough.

Should we build a custom CRM or use Zoho or HubSpot?

Use a packaged CRM when your process is standard and you want speed. Build custom when your workflow, data rules or integrations do not fit. Many firms start with a configured platform and move to custom later. We explain the trade-offs in our CRM comparison.

How long does CRM development take?

A configured platform for a small team can be live relatively quickly. A custom build takes longer and is delivered in phases. We provide a schedule after discovery, based on scope and how fast your team can review work.

Can you integrate the CRM with WhatsApp?

Yes, using the WhatsApp Business Platform with approved templates, with messages logged on the contact record. Policies change, so we check current requirements first. See WhatsApp plus CRM.

Will we own the system and the data?

Yes. Custom code, documentation and data are handed over to you. For packaged tools, the account belongs to your company and you hold admin rights.

Can you migrate data from spreadsheets or an older CRM?

Yes. We clean, de-duplicate and map data, and you review a sample before the full import.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. We serve clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe, with calls scheduled across time zones and invoicing in USD.

How do we start?

Send a short note about your sales or admissions process and your current tools. We will propose a discovery session and tell you early if another route is cheaper. Use our contact page to begin.
