These terms apply to your use of junaidtariq.com and to services supplied by Junaid Tariq (SEOnumber1) from Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan. Specific projects may be governed by a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms where they differ.

Services and scope

We provide digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, web development and consulting services. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

We commit to professional standards and white-hat methods. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, because search engines, ad platforms and markets are outside our control. Estimates and past results shown on the site, including case studies, are examples and not promises.

Payments, ad spend and cancellation

Fees are invoiced as stated in the proposal, usually monthly in advance for retainers and in stages for projects. Late payment may lead to work being paused. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms, and you retain ownership of your ad accounts. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins and stock assets are billed separately unless stated.

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with written notice as described in the proposal. Fees for work already performed are payable. Our refund policy explains when refunds apply.

Client responsibilities and intellectual property

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to websites, analytics and ad accounts, and prompt feedback and approvals. Delays on your side may affect timelines. You confirm you have the right to use the content, logos and materials you supply.

Upon full payment you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website designs and written content, excluding third-party components, plugins or tools licensed separately. We retain ownership of our methods, templates and know-how, and may reference the engagement in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Confidential information is handled as described in the NDA.

Liability, disputes and website use

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it or copy its content without permission. Articles and tools are provided for general information. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes should first be discussed in good faith before any formal proceedings.
