ASP.NET Core development for software that stays fast and easy to change
We design and build ASP.NET Core development projects for businesses that need a secure, high-performance web application, internal system or API on the Microsoft stack. It suits companies with .NET skills in-house, SQL Server data, or a roadmap that will outlive the first release.

A modern .NET foundation for serious applications
ASP.NET Core is Microsoft's cross-platform framework for web applications and APIs. It runs on Windows, Linux and macOS, ships with dependency injection, configuration and logging built in, and is fast enough that hosting cost rarely becomes the argument against it.
For a business that already runs SQL Server, Active Directory or Microsoft 365, it also fits the rest of the estate without translation layers.
We use it where the application matters to daily operations: customer portals, booking and order systems, finance and approval workflows, document platforms and the APIs behind mobile apps. Our team has delivered 500+ websites and a long list of custom systems over 18+ years, and the habit that carries across every project is simple. We build the boring parts properly, meaning validation, permissions, error handling and logging, because that is where most software failures start.
This is not the cheapest route to a brochure site. If you need a marketing website that your team edits weekly, a CMS is usually the better answer, and we will tell you so. ASP.NET Core earns its place when there is real business logic, real data and real users who depend on it.
Problems this build approach solves
Most clients arrive with one of these situations.
Spreadsheets doing a system's job
Orders, approvals or inventory live in shared files and email threads. We turn the process into a controlled application with roles and an audit trail.
An old application nobody wants to touch
Slow pages, unclear code and fear of releases. A rebuild on ASP.NET Core, or a staged move using framework-to-Core migration, restores confidence.
A prototype that cannot scale
A quick build that worked for ten users struggles at several hundred. We rework data access, caching and background jobs without throwing away what already works.
Several systems that do not talk
Sales, accounting and operations keep separate records. We connect them through clean endpoints and third-party integrations.
Security and compliance questions
Customers or auditors ask how data is protected. We build authentication, authorisation and logging that you can explain on paper.
Why trust this team with your build
For ASP.NET Core Development, projects live or die on maintainability. Here is what stands behind the delivery.
Hands-on experience
500+ websites and web applications delivered over 18+ years for clients in 48 countries, the experience behind your ASP.NET Core Development project.
Certified expertise
For ASP.NET Core Development, engineering is planned together with SEO, speed and reporting, so what ships is findable, fast and measurable rather than just finished.
Recognised work
Led by Junaid Tariq, a National Level Award Winner in Digital Marketing who also builds WordPress plugins, CRMs and web applications. See the about page.
Transparent by default
A written scope and milestones before build, code and documentation handed over at the end and hosting or domain accounts kept in your name.
Architecture choices we make with you
A small internal tool does not need five layers and a message bus.
We pick the lightest structure that will survive your roadmap and explain the reasoning in the design document.
For moderate systems that usually means a modular monolith: one deployable application, separated into feature areas with their own rules and data access. It is easy to host, easy to debug and cheap to run.
If a part of the system later needs to scale on its own, such as report generation or an import worker, it can be lifted out without a rewrite.
Microservices, event sourcing and heavy abstraction layers solve real problems for large organisations, and they add cost for everyone else.
We measure first, using realistic data volumes, then add caching, indexing or background processing where the numbers justify it.

Repository contents at handover
The exact list is agreed in the proposal, but a typical ASP.NET Core project includes the following.
- Requirements and scope documentUser roles, workflows, data entities and integrations written down in plain language before any code is committed.
- Solution architectureA layered or modular structure chosen for your size, with a clear place for business rules, data access and external services.
- Database designSchema, migrations and indexing planned with Entity Framework Core and, where needed, hand-written SQL, in line with our SQL Server database development.
- User interfaceRazor Pages, MVC views or Blazor components, depending on how interactive the product needs to be. See ASP.NET MVC development for the server-rendered route.
- Authentication and permissionsASP.NET Core Identity or your existing identity provider, with role and policy based access to every sensitive action.
- API layerDocumented endpoints for mobile apps, partners or a separate front end, covered in ASP.NET Web API development.
- Automated testsUnit tests for business rules and integration tests for the paths that handle money, data or approvals.
- Deployment pipeline and handoverBuild, release and rollback steps documented, with source code in your repository from the first week.
From discovery to a stable release
A delivery plan you can plan around. Phases overlap on larger projects, but the order stays the same.
- Discovery workshopWe map users, workflows, existing systems and constraints, then agree what the first release must do and what can wait.
- Technical designArchitecture, data model, hosting choice and security approach are written up and reviewed with you before development starts.
- Iterative buildWork is delivered in short cycles with a working staging site, so you see real screens and data rather than slides.
- Testing and hardeningAutomated tests, manual acceptance testing, permission checks and performance checks on realistic data volumes.
- Launch and data migrationCut-over planning, data import, monitoring and a rollback plan, scheduled around your quietest business hours.
- StabilisationA defined support window after launch to fix what real usage reveals, then a handover into ongoing maintenance and support if you want it.
Technology stack
We choose tools to fit the project. This is the usual toolkit.
Layer | Typical choice | Why it is used |
|---|---|---|
Framework | ASP.NET Core on current long-term support .NET | Stable support window and strong tooling |
Data access | Entity Framework Core, Dapper for hot paths | Productivity with the option of raw speed |
Database | SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL by request | Relational integrity and mature reporting |
Front end | Razor, Blazor, or React and Vue on top of an API | Matches how interactive the product must be |
Hosting | IIS, Linux with Nginx, Docker, Azure App Service | Chosen by budget, skills and uptime needs |
Delivery | Git, CI pipelines, xUnit, structured logging | Repeatable releases and faster fault-finding |
Delivery from Lahore for local and overseas clients
Working with a Lahore team has practical consequences, and they are mostly good ones.
Time zone overlap
Gulberg III office hours give a natural overlap with the UAE and Saudi Arabia, a late-day overlap with the UK and Europe, and an early-morning call window for the USA, Canada and Australia.
Payments in US dollars
International clients are invoiced in USD. Pakistani clients can discuss local payment arrangements in the proposal stage.
Hosting that survives local realities
Where a system serves users in Pakistan, we plan for patchy connections and power cuts: hosting in a stable data centre or cloud region, retry-friendly forms and offline-tolerant design where it matters.
Urdu and English interfaces
Right-to-left layout, Urdu fonts and bilingual content are planned from the start, since retrofitting them is painful.
WhatsApp as a channel
Many Pakistani businesses sell and support through WhatsApp. We connect notifications and order links to the Business API when it fits.
Scope, timeline and cost drivers
We quote after discovery because these factors decide the work, not the label on the project.
Number of user roles
Three roles with simple permissions are quick. Twelve roles with approval chains and delegation take longer to design and test.
Integrations
Payment gateways, ERP, accounting, SMS, WhatsApp Business and government or bank systems each add design, testing and failure handling.
Reporting needs
A few exports are minor. Dashboards, scheduled reports and drill-down analysis are a project of their own.
Existing data
Clean data imports easily. Duplicates, missing fields and several legacy sources add cleaning time.
Hosting and compliance
Customer-hosted servers, strict audit trails or data residency requirements change the architecture.
Cases where another stack wins
If your team knows only PHP and plans to maintain the product alone, Laravel development may suit you better. If the project is a content site, a WordPress or similar CMS will be cheaper to run.
We compare the options honestly in our post on ASP.NET Core vs Laravel vs Node. We build in .NET when it is the right tool, and we say so plainly when it is not.
Bring your workflows, your users and your existing systems, and we will tell you whether the stack fits.
Progress and quality you can verify
What we show you is verifiable: a staging environment from the first cycle, a task board you can read, test results per release and a changelog in plain language.
If a release makes something worse, the rollback plan from the launch phase is already written.
Because we are based in Gulberg III, Lahore and work with clients across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe, we schedule demos and reviews inside your working day, and invoice in US dollars.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
Is ASP.NET Core the same as the older ASP.NET Framework?
No. ASP.NET Core is a rewritten, cross-platform framework that replaced the Windows-only Framework for new work. Many older applications still run on the Framework, and we can move them across in stages. See our page on ASP.NET migration (framework to core).
Can you take over a project another developer started?
Yes, after a short code review. We read the structure, test coverage and deployment process, then tell you whether to continue, refactor parts or rebuild. We prefer to say that early than to bill for patching something that cannot be saved.
Do we need Windows servers to host it?
No. ASP.NET Core runs well on Linux and in containers, as well as on IIS and Azure. The right choice depends on your team's skills, budget and any policy on where data may live.
Who owns the source code?
You do. The code lives in a repository under your account from the first week, and the contract states ownership clearly. Third-party libraries keep their own licences, which we list in the handover.
How do you handle security?
We apply input validation, parameterised queries, hashed credentials, role-based access, HTTPS and logging as standard, and test the sensitive paths. No team can promise a system is unbreakable, so we also plan updates and dependency checks. Ongoing care is covered by ASP.NET maintenance & support.
How do we start?
Send us your outline through the contact page. We will book a discovery call, ask about users and systems, and return a scoped proposal. The broader range of work we do on this stack is on our ASP.NET development services page.
Can you add a Blazor or React front end?
Yes. The same ASP.NET Core back end can serve Razor views, Blazor components or a React or Vue front end through an API. We choose based on how interactive the product is and who will maintain it.
