Who owns the code?
You do. The repository, database and documentation are handed over, and access credentials are yours from the first commit.
Should we use Laravel or plain PHP?
For most business systems we use a framework because routing, security and migrations come built in. Plain PHP is fine for a small, single-purpose script. See our Laravel development service for the framework route.
Can you take over software another developer wrote?
Yes, after a short review. We check security, structure and database health, then recommend whether to extend it or rebuild. A PHP code audit is the usual first step.
Can you work with our team in the USA, UK or UAE?
