Sales playbooks & scripts your team will actually open and use
We write sales playbooks & scripts from your own wins, losses and customer conversations, so every seller has the same clear guidance for discovery, objections, follow-up and proposals. It suits growing teams, founders handing over sales and companies onboarding new people.

A playbook is a working document, not a binder
The word playbook suggests a thick manual that sits on a shelf. Useful ones are short and live in the place where sellers work, whether that is the CRM, a shared wiki or a pinned document.
Each page answers one question a seller has at a specific moment: how do I open a call with a cold lead, what do I ask in discovery, what do I say when the buyer asks for a discount, how do I write the follow-up?
Scripts have a bad reputation because many are read aloud like a telemarketer. We write them differently. A script is a set of tested phrasings, questions and structures that a seller adapts to the conversation. It gives a new person confidence in the first month and gives an experienced person a record of what works.
The material comes from your business. We interview your best sellers, listen to recorded calls, read won and lost proposals and collect the exact words customers use. Part of the work resembles editing: finding what good performers do instinctively and writing it down so others can learn it. It sits alongside B2B sales consulting and feeds sales team training.
Contents of a working playbook
Contents vary by company, but most playbooks contain these elements.
- Ideal customer and buyer rolesWho to pursue, who influences the decision and what each role cares about.
- Positioning and value statementsHow to explain what you do in one sentence, one minute and five minutes, in the buyer's language.
- Outreach templatesFirst messages and call openers for email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp, with guidance on when each fits.
- Discovery guideQuestion sets that uncover problems, timing, budget path and decision process.
- Objection responsesThe common objections, why buyers raise them and several honest ways to respond.
- Proposal and pricing guideStructure, wording and approval rules for quotes, plus how to present options.
- Follow-up sequencesWhat to send after calls, after proposals and after silence, with timing.
- Competitor notesFair, factual comparisons, including where a competitor is the better choice.

Script types and where they fit
Different moments call for different tools.
Script type | Moment | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
Cold outreach | First contact | Opener, reason for contact, small ask |
Discovery call guide | First meeting | Question flow, note-taking prompts |
Demo or presentation outline | Showing the solution | Problem recap, proof, next step |
Objection responses | Pushback | Acknowledge, clarify, answer, check |
Proposal cover note | Sending the quote | Summary, options, deadline |
Re-engagement message | Silent leads | Reason to reconnect, easy reply path |
Language, culture and channels
Pakistani sales teams often switch between English, Urdu and Roman Urdu in a single week, and sell through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person visits. A playbook has to reflect that.
We write scripts in the language your buyers use, with notes on tone: respectful but direct for a Gulf purchasing manager, concise for a US founder, more relationship-led for a long-standing local account.
It is a real sales channel here, but messages should be consensual, brief and clear about who is writing. We include guidance on voice notes, business hours and when to move a conversation to a call.
For regulated sectors such as healthcare and finance, the playbook flags claims to avoid, and we ask you to confirm current rules with your regulator and the platform you use.
Keeping the playbook alive
Prices change, a competitor launches, a once-reliable objection fades and a new one appears.
We build a simple maintenance routine into the delivery: a named owner, a place where sellers can flag what no longer works, and a short review each quarter. Updates are dated, so everyone knows which version they are reading.
Your ideal customer description and discovery questions might last a year. Pricing notes and competitor comparisons may need monthly attention.
Keeping them apart means updating a page takes minutes, and it stops the whole document from looking out of date because of one old table.
When a seller finds a better way to handle an objection, it goes into the next version with credit, which rewards sharing and keeps the best ideas from living in one person's head.
Cost and scope factors
We quote after reviewing your material.
Number of products or services
Each distinct offer may need its own value statements and objections.
Buyer types
A playbook for one buyer role is lighter than one covering procurement, technical and executive buyers.
Languages
Scripts in more than one language need review by native speakers.
Material available
Recorded calls and clean CRM notes shorten the research stage.
Format and tools
Plain documents are simpler than playbooks embedded in a CRM or learning tool.
Training included
Delivery workshops are an optional add-on.
Cases where a playbook is the wrong first step
Hire or coach first. If your offer changes every month, the playbook will be out of date before it is finished.
We also decline requests for manipulative or misleading scripts, such as invented scarcity or claims you cannot prove.
A good script, shown in practice
It is a short opening, three or four anchor questions, prompts for follow-up and a closing summary that confirms the next step.
Each anchor question has a purpose written beside it, so the seller understands why it is asked and can skip it when the buyer has already answered.
An objection response follows a similar pattern: acknowledge the concern, ask a clarifying question, answer honestly and check whether the answer helps.
Honest scripts build trust with buyers and keep sellers out of difficult claims.
Proof by method: tracking whether the playbook helps
We set measures before roll-out: reply rates to outreach templates, discovery calls that reach a qualified stage, proposal-to-decision time and the share of deals with a recorded next step.
Seller feedback is collected too, because a playbook people dislike will be ignored.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
Will scripts make my sellers sound robotic?
Not if they are written as options and practised. We provide phrasings and structure, and we encourage sellers to adapt them. The aim is consistency in what is asked and promised, not identical wording.
Can you write scripts without access to recorded calls?
Yes. We can start from interviews, email threads and proposals. Recordings improve accuracy, but they are not compulsory. Where recording is not legal or not agreed, we do not require it.
How long is a typical playbook?
Usually a few dozen pages in practical sections, or a smaller set of one-page guides for simple sales models. Shorter is better if it gets used.
Do you provide templates for LinkedIn and WhatsApp?
Yes, with guidance on consent, frequency and tone. We recommend you check the current terms of each platform before running outreach at scale.
Who maintains the playbook after delivery?
We suggest an internal owner, often the sales manager, with a quarterly review. We can provide ongoing review sessions if you prefer.
Is a playbook enough, or do we need training too?
A playbook documents the approach. Practice makes it habit. Most teams gain more when the two go together, which is why sales team training is available as a follow-on.
