Sales team training that sticks after the workshop ends
Our sales team training teaches your people to run discovery calls, handle objections, follow up and use the CRM, using your real products, prices and customer conversations. It suits companies with a small or mid-size sales team, a new hire group or managers who want a coaching routine.

Training should change what people do on Monday
Most sales workshops are forgotten within a fortnight. People enjoy the day, return to old habits and the manager sees no difference.
The reason is simple: general advice does not meet the specific moment when a buyer in Dubai says your price is high, or a procurement officer in Manchester asks for references you do not have.
We build training from your real material. Before any session, we listen to calls where possible, read proposals and emails, review the CRM and talk to your best and weakest sellers. The workshop then uses your products, your objections and your market. Participants practise on situations they will meet that week.
Training works best when it is tied to a defined process. If stages and qualification are fuzzy, we recommend starting with B2B sales consulting or the sales playbooks and scripts work first. If the process is sound and the skill is thin, training is the correct next step. The sales consultancy overview explains how the parts connect.
Skill areas we can cover
We choose modules after the diagnosis. Most programs use four to six.
Prospecting and outreach
Researching accounts, writing first messages and calls, and following up without sounding pushy.
Discovery conversations
Questions that uncover the problem, the budget route and the decision process.
Presenting value
Linking features to the buyer's stated problem, using proof that suits the market.
Objection handling
Practising the five or six objections that actually occur, such as price, timing and trust in a new supplier.
Proposals and negotiation
Structuring quotes, holding price and agreeing next steps.
CRM discipline
Recording calls, updating stages and keeping the pipeline honest.
Remote and cross-cultural selling
Video calls, written clarity and working with buyers in different time zones and business cultures.

Format options
Choose what fits your team and schedule.
Format | Best for | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
Onsite workshop in Lahore | Teams in or near the city | Needs people off the phones for a day |
Online live sessions | Distributed teams, UAE and UK offices | Needs good attention discipline on calls |
Short weekly sessions | Teams that need steady habit change | Slower, but retention is better |
Manager coaching only | Teams with a capable leader | Depends on the manager's time |
New-hire onboarding | Rapid growth | Needs a defined playbook to teach |
Call review clinics | Experienced sellers | Requires access to recorded calls |
Practice that mirrors real calls
We split the group into pairs or threes, give each a realistic buyer brief, and run short conversations that are reviewed against a simple checklist: did the seller ask about the problem before describing the product, did they confirm the decision process, did they agree a next step with a date?
For remote sellers, we practise the small things that matter on video: opening the call, sharing a screen without losing the buyer, and summarising in writing afterwards.
Selling to someone in another country adds its own care, such as avoiding idioms, confirming understanding and respecting different attitudes to negotiation.
Small, specific commitments beat long lists of intentions.
Common problems we see in sales teams
These patterns shape what we teach first.
Talking too early
Sellers present the product before they understand the problem, so the pitch lands on the wrong point.
Weak follow-up
One message, then silence. Buyers need several touches spread over a sensible period.
Discounting by reflex
Price is the first concession because value was never established.
Poor notes
The next person cannot tell what was agreed, so customers repeat themselves.
Fear of asking for the next step
Calls end with warm words and no commitment.
No coaching
Targets are reviewed, skills are not. Managers need a routine for developing people.
Cases where we would advise against training
It will not fix a compensation plan that rewards the wrong behaviour either.
We say so in the diagnosis stage, and sometimes recommend a process or CRM fix first.
Sales conduct is part of the brief, and we reject scripts that make claims your company cannot support.
Cost factors and how we quote
The price depends on the number of participants, the number of modules, the format, how much call review you want, whether we coach managers and how much customisation your materials need.
Larger groups may be split into cohorts for better practice. International clients are billed in USD, and the Lahore base lets us run sessions in your working hours.
Measuring behaviour change, not applause
They tell you nothing about the next quarter.
We prefer simple observable checks: did the seller ask the agreed discovery questions, did they confirm the decision process, did they send a follow-up within the agreed window, did they record the next step in the CRM?
Over a few weeks, patterns appear: one seller struggles with price discussions, another skips discovery under time pressure.
Proof by method: how we check that training worked
We set behaviour measures before the first session: calls per week where relevant, discovery questions asked, proposals sent with a next step, follow-ups within agreed time, and CRM fields completed. After the program we compare.
We also keep the material: playbook pages, call checklists and role-play scenarios stay with you.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
How many people should attend a session?
Eight to twelve works well for role-play. Larger groups are split into cohorts. A team of three or four can still gain a lot from tailored coaching.
Do you train in Urdu or English?
Either, or a mix. Many Pakistani teams sell in both languages, so we practise scripts and objections in whichever the customer uses. Written materials are normally in English unless you request otherwise.
Can you train a team that sells to foreign buyers?
Yes. We cover written clarity, video call habits, time-zone planning and trust-building for buyers in the USA, UK, UAE and Europe. We do not claim to replace local market advice from your own contacts.
Will you use our CRM data?
If you agree, yes, because real deals make better exercises. We sign an NDA where needed and keep customer details out of shared materials.
Is this a one-off event?
It can be, but we recommend a cycle with follow-up. A single day creates awareness. Practice and review create habits.
Do you offer sales training for managers?
Yes. Managers learn to run pipeline reviews, give feedback on calls and set targets sensibly. Without manager involvement, results rarely last.
