Salesforce development that bends the platform to your process without breaking upgrades
We configure and extend Salesforce for businesses that already own it or have decided to buy it, covering objects, Flows, Apex code, Lightning components, reports and integrations. It suits sales and service teams that need more than the out-of-the-box setup but want to stay inside platform limits.

- Clicks before code: declarative tools first, Apex only when it earns its place
- Sandbox testing and controlled deployments, never edits in production
- Integrations with WhatsApp, accounting and your website through documented APIs
Good Salesforce work, defined
Salesforce is a platform more than a product. Out of the box it gives you accounts, contacts, opportunities and cases.
Real value comes from adapting it: custom objects for the things you actually track, automations for the steps people forget, page layouts that show a rep only what they need, and reports a manager trusts. Done badly, an org turns into hundreds of unused fields, overlapping automations and a permissions model nobody understands.
Our approach is deliberately conservative. We use the declarative tools first, meaning Flow, validation rules, record types and permission sets, because they are easier for your admin to maintain. We write Apex or Lightning Web Components only where the requirement truly needs code, and we write tests and documentation with it. That discipline keeps your org upgradeable and keeps the cost of the next change low.
This is a development and configuration service, not a reseller arrangement. Licences are bought from Salesforce directly and edition limits change, so we check current terms with you before any design depends on a feature.
We also work alongside your internal admin rather than around them. Where you have one, they stay the owner of day-to-day changes and we handle the build work that needs developer skills, with handover notes at each release. Where you do not, we agree a light support arrangement so requests do not pile up. In both cases you keep your credentials, your data and your documentation, and you can end the arrangement without losing access to anything we built. If you are comparing partners, ask each one how they deploy changes and who holds the keys.
Scope of work
Typical pieces of a Salesforce engagement. Most projects use a selection, not all.
- Org review and clean-upAudit of fields, automations, profiles and reports, with a list of what to retire and what to fix first.
- Data model designStandard and custom objects, relationships and record types that mirror how you sell or serve.
- Flow automationLead routing, task creation, approvals, field updates and notifications built as maintainable Flows.
- Apex and triggersCustom logic where declarative tools run out, with test classes and bulk-safe code.
- Lightning Web ComponentsCustom screens and widgets for forms, quotes, dashboards or guided selling.
- Reports and dashboardsPipeline, forecast and service views built on clean data and agreed definitions.
- IntegrationsREST or SOAP API connections to your website, ERP, accounting and messaging channels.
- Experience Cloud portalsCustomer or partner portals with scoped access, where the licence fits.

Salesforce against the alternatives
A quick guide. Our article on Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce for Pakistani SMEs goes deeper.
Situation | Likely best fit | Reason |
|---|---|---|
Small team, simple pipeline | Faster setup, lighter admin load | |
Complex data, many roles, large team | Salesforce | Flexible data model and permissions |
Highly unusual workflow, ownership matters | Full control, no seat licences | |
Existing Salesforce org that has become messy | Salesforce clean-up and redesign | Cheaper than migrating everything |
Heavy WhatsApp-based selling | Any, plus a messaging integration |
Drivers of cost and timeline
Salesforce projects range from a few configuration days to long programmes. These factors decide where yours sits.
Licence edition
Features such as certain automation, API and sandbox allowances depend on the edition. Verify current terms with Salesforce.
Number of custom objects
Each object brings fields, layouts, permissions, reports and tests.
Integration count
Every external system needs authentication, mapping, error handling and monitoring.
Data migration
Clean data loads quickly. Mixed legacy sources need mapping work. See CRM data migration.
Code versus clicks
Declarative solutions cost less to maintain. Custom code costs more to build and to upgrade.
User training
Adoption determines whether the investment pays back.
Keeping an org healthy after launch
Admins change, requests pile up, and each quick fix adds a field or a Flow that nobody documents.
Naming conventions for fields and Flows. A short description on every automation. Permission sets instead of one-off profile edits.
We hand these to your admin as working documents, not as a decorative appendix.
If you do not have an in-house admin, we can provide a light monthly service for small changes, user requests and periodic health checks. It is cheaper than a rescue project later, and it keeps your Salesforce investment working in the way it was designed to.
Common mistakes we fix
Patterns we see when reviewing existing orgs.
- Too many custom fieldsFields nobody fills make reports unreliable. We retire or merge them.
- Overlapping automationsWorkflow rules, Process Builder and Flows doing the same job. We consolidate on Flow.
- Everyone is an adminBroad permissions cause accidental deletions. We rebuild access around roles.
- No sandbox disciplineEdits made directly in production. We introduce a proper release path.
- Duplicates everywhereLeads and contacts created from several sources. We add matching and merge rules.
Situations where we advise against it
Admin overhead, licence cost and the pull toward over-configuration all weigh against it.
If reps do not log activity because nobody reviews it, a new Flow will not change that.
Sort management habits first, perhaps with our CRM implementation for sales teams consultancy, then build the system around them.
Proof by method: reporting you can check
What you receive is a measurement plan agreed at kickoff: adoption (logins, records updated, tasks completed), data quality (duplicate rate, required field completion) and process speed (lead response time, stage duration).
A quarterly health check on fields, automations and permissions is available if you want to keep the org clean.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
Do you resell Salesforce licences?
No. Licences are purchased directly from Salesforce, and we advise on editions and add-ons without a commission interest. That keeps our recommendations independent.
Can you fix an existing Salesforce org that has become messy?
Yes, and this is a common request. We audit fields, automations, profiles and reports, list what to retire, fix what is breaking and document the rest. Cleaning an org is usually cheaper than starting again.
Do you write Apex code or only configure?
Both. We prefer declarative configuration where it is sufficient, and write Apex and Lightning Web Components when a requirement needs them, with tests and notes included.
Can Salesforce connect to WhatsApp and our website?
Yes. Web forms can create leads through standard or API-based routes, and WhatsApp can be connected via the WhatsApp Business Platform with a messaging provider. Platform rules change, so we confirm current options during design.
How do you handle moving data into Salesforce?
We map fields, clean duplicates, load into a sandbox first, reconcile counts and then run the final import. The CRM data migration checklist shows the method.
Can you work in our time zone?
Yes. We serve clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia and Europe from Lahore, with overlapping working hours, USD invoicing and regular video calls.
What happens if we outgrow our Salesforce edition?
Some features, API allowances and sandboxes depend on edition, so an architecture that works today may hit limits later. We flag these during design and avoid solutions that would force an upgrade you did not plan for, then you decide with full information.
