Facebook ads management that fills your pipeline with people who actually reply
We plan, launch and manage Facebook ads for businesses that need enquiries, bookings or online orders. It suits owners who have tried boosting posts, got likes instead of customers, and want a structured campaign run by people who read the numbers every week.

Paid Facebook that behaves like a sales channel
Facebook is still where a very large share of Pakistani, Gulf and Western small-business buyers spend their evenings. That makes it a strong place to find customers, and also a very easy place to waste money.
The platform will happily deliver cheap clicks from people who never intended to buy. Our work is to point it at the right people, with the right offer, and to stop the spend when it does not pay.
Most weak accounts we audit share the same few faults. The campaign objective is traffic when the business needs leads. The audience is too narrow or too broad. One image runs for months. Nobody tracks what happens after the click, so no one knows whether the phone calls turned into sales. Fixing those four things usually matters more than any clever targeting trick.
We have managed more than $20M in ad spend for 500+ clients, across the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia and Pakistan. That volume teaches you what repeats: offers beat design, speed to reply beats budget, and a clean pixel beats a long audience list. This page covers how we apply that to Facebook specifically. For the full picture across both networks, see our Meta ads management services.
Businesses that get the most from it
Facebook ads work best when there is a clear offer, a way to follow up quickly and a customer who is reachable on the platform.
Service businesses with a booking step
Clinics, law practices, tutors, installers and consultants that turn an enquiry into an appointment or a quote.
Online stores with real products
Shops that can show a product, a price and a delivery promise, including cash on delivery for Pakistani buyers.
Dealers and showrooms
High-ticket sellers who need serious enquiries. Our notes for automotive and car dealership marketing show how this plays out.
Gyms, studios and memberships
Local trial-offer funnels, covered in more detail on our gym and fitness marketing page.
Course and event sellers
Webinar registrations, cohort admissions and workshop seats with a fixed deadline.
Brands with a returning customer base
Businesses that already have customer lists and want to reach existing buyers again at low cost.

Monthly management scope, line by line
The scope below is the standard base. We add or remove items after reviewing your account.
- Account and Business Manager setupAd account, Page, pixel, domain verification and payment roles organised so you own everything and can leave with it.
- Tracking planPixel events, and server-side events where they make sense, matched to the real actions that matter: lead, call, purchase, booking.
- Campaign structureSeparate prospecting and retargeting, one clear objective per campaign, budgets split by what you sell.
- Audience buildingInterest and broad tests, lookalikes from clean customer lists, and exclusions so you do not pay twice for the same person.
- Ad copy and creative briefsHooks, offers, angles and formats written around real customer objections. Production is quoted separately when needed.
- Placement and format choicesFeed, Stories, Reels and Marketplace decisions made from your data, not left to defaults.
- Weekly optimisationBudget moves, pauses, new variants and search-and-replace of tired creative, logged so you can see what changed.
- Monthly report and callSpend, leads or sales, cost per result, lead quality notes and the plan for next month.

Launch plan for Facebook campaigns
Timelines depend on how ready your tracking, offer and creative are, but the sequence stays the same.
- Discovery and offer reviewWe talk through your customer, your margin, your sales process and what happens to an enquiry after it arrives. If the offer is weak, we say so now.
- Tracking and account auditWe check the pixel, events, domain verification and any existing campaigns, and fix what would distort results.
- Strategy and creative planYou approve the audience tests, offers and the first batch of ad concepts before anything is published.
- Launch in controlled stagesCampaigns go live with limited variables so a result can be traced to a cause, not lost in a pile of changes.
- Learning and trimmingMeta needs data before it optimises well. We watch for waste and avoid constant edits that reset learning.
- Scale, retarget, repeatWinning angles get more budget, retargeting picks up warm visitors and new creative replaces whatever fatigues.
Platforms and tools in the stack
Facebook is the engine, but the numbers only make sense when other tools check them.
Tool | What we use it for | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
Meta Ads Manager | Campaigns, audiences, placements, breakdowns | The main control panel and source of platform data |
Meta Events Manager | Pixel and event quality checks | Shows whether conversions are received and matched |
Google Analytics 4 | Independent traffic and conversion view | Catches over-reporting inside Meta |
Google Tag Manager | Event and tag deployment | Keeps tracking changes tidy and testable |
CRM, sheet or WhatsApp log | Lead outcomes | Tells us which campaigns bring buyers, not just forms |
Looker Studio | Client dashboard | One shared view of spend, leads and revenue |
Quote factors for Facebook campaigns
We quote after looking at the account and the goal. We do not publish fixed prices because the work varies too much. These are the things that move it.
Number of offers or products
One service with one landing page is simple. A catalogue or several treatments need more structure.
Tracking condition
A clean pixel speeds launch. Broken events mean a repair phase first.
Creative needs
Existing photos and video save time. New shoots, edits or UGC add production work.
Markets and languages
English, Urdu or mixed audiences, and several countries or currencies, mean more variants and reporting.
Sales follow-up
If leads arrive on WhatsApp, calls or a CRM, we may set up feedback so the campaign learns from outcomes.
Ad budget size
Larger budgets justify more testing and closer monitoring. Ad spend itself is paid by you directly to Meta.
Situations where we would not take the job
If your pricing is far above the market with no reason, your website cannot take an enquiry, or nobody answers the phone, more traffic will not fix it.
We prefer to say that on the first call and suggest the real fix, which is often a better landing page or a faster follow-up process.
We also advise against paid Facebook when your customers plainly do not use it, when the budget is too thin to gather learning data, or when the product falls under categories that Meta restricts.
Advertising policies change, so check the current rules for health, finance, alcohol, supplements and similar categories before spending.
If your real need is high-intent demand capture, such as people searching for a plumber right now, search advertising may come first. Facebook is better at creating interest and reaching people before they search. A fair plan often uses both.
Creative and offer testing on Facebook
Longer primary text still works for considered purchases, and a plain, honest headline often beats a clever one.
We usually start with three or four distinct angles, such as price, speed, trust and convenience, rather than five small variations of the same image.
Pakistani and Gulf audiences often respond well to visible proof: a real shop front, a real team, a delivery rider, a customer message shared with permission.
We adapt tone and detail to the market instead of translating one ad everywhere.
Our academy guide on stopping Meta ads fatigue explains the signs, and we plan a steady supply of fresh variants so you are not forced into a panic redesign.
Evidence you can check, not promises
We do not promise a lead cost or a return, because those depend on your product, price, market and follow-up, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing.
What we control is the structure of the account, the quality of testing, the tracking and how fast we respond to what the data says. What we do not control is Meta's auction, your stock levels or how quickly your team calls back.
Each month you receive a report that reconciles Meta's numbers with GA4 and with your own records: leads in your CRM, orders in Shopify or WooCommerce, calls and WhatsApp chats.
You can compare our figures with yours and challenge them.
If you want to see examples of how we present results, our Meta ads case studies show the format and the way we explain what was changed.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
Is Facebook advertising still worth it for small businesses?
For many, yes, provided the offer is clear and someone follows up quickly. Facebook reaches people before they search, which suits products and services that need to be shown. Our academy article on investing in Facebook explains how to judge it for your own market.
Should I run ads on Facebook, Instagram or both?
Placement is a test, not a belief. Meta can serve ads across both, and we review results by placement. Some businesses see better buyers from Instagram Stories, others from the Facebook feed. See our guide on choosing between the two, or our Instagram ads management page.
Can you work with my existing ad account?
Yes. We usually start with an audit of your Business Manager, pixel and recent campaigns, then keep what works. You remain the owner of the account and the Page, and we are added with the access we need.
How quickly will I see results?
Campaigns can deliver within days of launch, but the first few weeks are mainly learning. Meta needs conversion data, and we need to find which offers and creative work. We set expectations for your budget and sales cycle on the first call rather than quoting a universal number.
Do you handle leads that arrive on WhatsApp or by phone?
We can run campaigns that send people to forms, calls or chat. For chat-first businesses we often use click-to-WhatsApp ads, and we help you set up a simple way to record outcomes so optimisation uses real sales.
How do I start?
Send us your website, a short description of the offer and what a customer is worth to you. We review it and reply with an honest view on fit. You can reach us through the contact page, and we work across USA, UK and UAE time zones from Lahore.
