DevOps & cloud services that make releases boring and uptime normal
DevOps & cloud services cover how your software is hosted, deployed, monitored and recovered: servers, pipelines, backups and alerts. We provide them to businesses that run web applications and want fewer outages, safer releases and clearer cloud bills.

Infrastructure is a product decision too
Plenty of Pakistani and overseas businesses run production software the way it started: one server, a developer with the only password, files copied by hand, backups that nobody has ever restored. It feels fine until the server fills its disk at month end, a developer leaves, or a bad update takes the site down on a sales day.
DevOps replaces that fragility with habits and tooling. Code goes through the same automated path to production every time. Environments are described in files, so a new server can be rebuilt instead of remembered. Logs and metrics show what the system is doing. Backups are tested, not assumed.
We work with SaaS founders, agencies running client applications, ecommerce brands that see traffic spikes and enterprises moving workloads off office servers. The service sits close to our web application development work, but we also take over hosting for systems built by others.
Work packages in a typical engagement
We start with an assessment and then pick the packages that remove your biggest risks first.
- Infrastructure reviewA written inventory of servers, databases, domains, certificates, credentials and single points of failure.
- Cloud architecture and migrationDesign and move of workloads to AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean or another provider, with a cutover plan that limits downtime.
- CI/CD pipelinesAutomated build, test and deploy through GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps, with approvals where you want them.
- Containers and orchestrationDocker images and, where scale justifies it, Kubernetes or managed container services. We do not add Kubernetes to simple apps.
- Infrastructure as codeTerraform or similar definitions, so environments are reproducible and reviewable.
- Monitoring, logging and alertsUptime checks, error tracking, performance metrics and alert rules that wake the right person for the right reason.
- Backup and disaster recoveryScheduled backups, off-site copies, written restore steps and at least one rehearsed restore.
- Security hardeningFirewall rules, least-privilege access, patching routines, secrets management and SSL handling.
- Cost reviewRight-sizing instances, removing idle resources and setting budget alerts so bills stay explainable.
Why trust this team with your build
For DevOps & Cloud Services, projects live or die on maintainability. Here is what stands behind the delivery.
Hands-on experience
500+ websites and web applications delivered over 18+ years for clients in 48 countries, the experience behind your DevOps & Cloud Services project.
Certified expertise
For DevOps & Cloud Services, engineering is planned together with SEO, speed and reporting, so what ships is findable, fast and measurable rather than just finished.
Recognised work
Led by Junaid Tariq, a National Level Award Winner in Digital Marketing who also builds WordPress plugins, CRMs and web applications. See the about page.
Transparent by default
A written scope and milestones before build, code and documentation handed over at the end and hosting or domain accounts kept in your name.
From assessment to a calm release routine
Changes to live systems are staged so that risk drops at every step.
- AssessWe map what exists, interview the people who touch it and rank risks by likelihood and damage.
- StabiliseQuick wins first: tested backups, uptime monitoring, patched servers, credential clean-up.
- Design the targetA simple architecture sized to your traffic and team, with options and trade-offs written down.
- Build the pipelineAutomated builds, tests and deployments to a staging site, then production, with rollback.
- MigrateMove workloads in stages with rehearsals, DNS planning and a fallback until the new setup proves itself.
- Operate and improveMonthly review of incidents, performance and costs, plus on-call or business-hours support if you want it.

Choosing a hosting approach
The right level of sophistication depends on traffic, team and risk.
Option | Fits | Consider |
|---|---|---|
Managed VPS (DigitalOcean, Linode) | Small to mid apps, tight budgets | You or we maintain the server |
AWS or Azure virtual machines | Growing apps, compliance needs | More configuration, more levers |
Managed services (databases, queues, app platforms) | Teams without full-time ops staff | Less control, usage-based billing |
Containers with orchestration | Many services, frequent releases | Real operating overhead |
Local data centre or hybrid | Data-residency or latency needs | Check power, redundancy and support terms |
Cost factors and how we scope
The first is what the provider charges for compute, storage, bandwidth and managed services.
The second is the work to design, build and look after the setup, which depends on the number of environments, services, compliance needs and the support hours you expect.
We quote assessment and set-up work as a defined project, and ongoing operations as a monthly arrangement with agreed response times.
If your application runs on Microsoft technology, see our work on Azure and ASP.NET cloud solutions.
For long-term care of your application code, combine this with software maintenance and support.
Monitoring and incident habits we put in place
We start with a short list: site down, error rate rising, disk almost full, database connections exhausted, certificate about to expire, backup failed.
After any incident we write a short, blameless note: what happened, how it was detected, what fixed it and what change prevents a repeat. Over a few months those notes become the most valuable document you own about your own system.
We keep servers in reliable data centres, and teach teams to treat their laptops and local machines as disposable, with everything important in version control.
Cases where you do not need this yet
A product with a handful of users and no revenue risk can sit on a single well-kept server.
A team that has no tests will not gain much from a deployment pipeline either, since automation only speeds up what is already reliable, which is why we often pair it with software QA and testing.
If someone proposes microservices for an app that serves two hundred users, the right answer is a simpler architecture and an honest conversation about growth plans.
Proof by method: reports and drills
What we do show is how we manage risk: monitoring dashboards you can open, incident notes written after any outage, patch records, backup logs and a recorded restore test.
Old systems are common in this work, so we pair infrastructure upgrades with legacy software modernization when the code itself blocks improvement, and with API development and integration where services need to talk to each other.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
What does DevOps actually mean for a small company?
For a small company it means a handful of practical habits: code stored in version control, an automated and repeatable way to deploy, backups that have been tested, and monitoring that alerts someone when the site is down. You do not need a large platform. You need the basics done reliably.
Which cloud provider should I use?
It depends on your existing tools, team skills, data location needs and budget. AWS has the widest range of services, Azure fits Microsoft-based businesses, and DigitalOcean is simpler for smaller apps. We compare options against your requirements and are comfortable moving between them.
Can you move our site or app to the cloud without downtime?
Usually we can limit downtime to a very short window or avoid it. The method is to build and test the new environment alongside the old one, sync data, lower DNS time-to-live in advance and switch during a quiet period, with a fallback ready.
Will you manage our servers after the migration?
Yes, if you want. Options range from a monthly health review to ongoing patching and monitoring with agreed response times. Many clients keep their own developers and use us for the operations side.
How do you keep cloud costs under control?
By sizing resources to actual use, removing unused ones, setting budget alerts and reviewing the bill monthly. We also warn you about services that charge unpredictably, such as heavy outbound traffic or large log volumes.
Do you handle security and backups too?
Yes. Hardening, access control, patching and backups are part of any engagement. For regulated data we advise on what to check with your own compliance advisers, since requirements differ by industry and country and need confirming for your case.
