AI & machine learning software that solves a defined business problem
We build AI & machine learning software for businesses: document processing, classification, forecasting, search and assistants wired into your existing systems. It suits teams that have data and a repeatable decision or task they want to speed up, and want an honest view of what is feasible before spending on a model.

- Use case and data readiness assessed before any build
- Human review and fallbacks designed into every automated decision
- Evaluation against your own examples, not generic benchmarks
Starting with the task, not the technology
Most failed AI projects begin with a tool and look for a problem. The better order is the reverse.
We start by identifying a task your team performs repeatedly, how often it happens, what a mistake costs and what data exists. Only then do we decide whether a large language model, a classical machine learning model, a rules engine or a plain database query is the right answer.
Often it is a mix. A support inbox might use a language model to draft replies, a retrieval layer to pull from your own documents and a rule that sends refunds to a human. An invoice workflow might use document extraction, validation rules and a review screen. Rarely is the model the whole product; the surrounding software decides whether it is safe and useful.
We are developers first. That means we care about deployment, monitoring, cost per request, privacy and failure modes as much as accuracy. You can read our view on how AI is changing search and marketing in AI SEO versus traditional SEO, and our AI consulting page if you need strategy before build.
Systems built with AI and machine learning
Practical categories with clear inputs and outputs.
Document processing
Extraction from invoices, forms, contracts and ID documents into structured data with validation and review.
Assistants over your knowledge
Chat or search tools that answer from your manuals, policies and product data, with citations to the source.
Classification and routing
Tagging tickets, leads, emails or products and sending them to the right team or workflow.
Forecasting and anomaly detection
Demand, stock, churn or fraud signals built on your historical data.
Recommendation and ranking
Suggested products, content or next actions based on behaviour.
Workflow automation with AI steps
Orchestrated flows that call a model where judgment is needed and plain code where it is not.
Why trust this team with your build
For AI & Machine Learning Software, projects live or die on maintainability. Here is what stands behind the delivery.
Hands-on experience
500+ websites and web applications delivered over 18+ years for clients in 48 countries, the experience behind your AI & Machine Learning Software project.
Certified expertise
For AI & Machine Learning Software, engineering is planned together with SEO, speed and reporting, so what ships is findable, fast and measurable rather than just finished.
Recognised work
Led by Junaid Tariq, a National Level Award Winner in Digital Marketing who also builds WordPress plugins, CRMs and web applications. See the about page.
Transparent by default
A written scope and milestones before build, code and documentation handed over at the end and hosting or domain accounts kept in your name.
Deliverables
Documented, testable pieces rather than a black box.
- Feasibility assessmentA written view of data quality, task clarity and risk, with a recommendation to proceed, shrink or stop.
- Evaluation setA collection of real examples with correct answers, used to measure the system before and after changes.
- Working prototypeA narrow version running on your data, tested by the people who will use it.
- Production serviceAPI, queue and storage, with logging, rate limits and cost controls. See API development and integration.
- Human review interfaceScreens that let staff approve, correct and flag outputs, feeding corrections back into improvement.
- Monitoring and drift checksDashboards showing volumes, error types, latency and cost, plus alerts when quality drops.
- Privacy and data handling notesWhat data goes to which provider, how long it is kept and how it can be deleted.

Delivery stages
We ship in small, measurable steps.
- Use case selectionWe list candidate tasks and choose one with enough volume, clear success criteria and low risk if the system errs.
- Data auditWe check what data exists, where it lives, who owns it and what privacy limits apply.
- Baseline and evaluationWe measure how well humans or current rules perform, then build the evaluation set.
- PrototypeA narrow model or prompt chain is tested against the set, and failures are examined one by one.
- Integration and pilotThe system connects to your tools and runs with a small group, with every output reviewable.
- Scale and monitorWe widen use only as measured quality allows, and keep watching after launch.
Choosing the right approach
The simplest approach that works is usually the right one.
Approach | Good for | Caution |
|---|---|---|
Rules and database queries | Stable, explicit logic | Breaks on messy free text |
Classical machine learning | Prediction from structured history | Needs enough clean labelled data |
Large language model via API | Text understanding, drafting, extraction | Needs guardrails, review and attention to data sharing |
Retrieval over your documents | Answers grounded in your own content | Quality depends on how well documents are organised |
Self-hosted or fine-tuned models | Strict privacy or very high volume | Higher operating effort and expertise |
Scope, cost and timeline levers
We quote the assessment first, then the build.
Data readiness
Clean, labelled, accessible data speeds everything. Scattered PDFs and spreadsheets slow it.
Accuracy needs
A suggestion a human can ignore is cheap. A decision that moves money needs heavier testing.
Volume and latency
Thousands of requests a minute need different architecture than a few a day.
Provider and hosting choice
Hosted APIs are quick to start; private deployment costs more effort.
Languages
English-only is simpler. Urdu, Arabic or mixed-language content needs separate evaluation.
Integration depth
Reading from a CRM is simple. Writing back into an ERP needs approvals and safeguards.
Situations where we recommend not building AI
If you cannot describe the task clearly, or if the cost of an error is high and there is no practical way to review outputs, we advise against automating it.
AI adds ongoing costs and risks, and it should earn its place.
Models can produce confident wrong answers. No vendor can promise perfect accuracy, and we do not. What we can do is measure, add review where it matters and show you the failure cases.
If your goal is general inspiration rather than a defined build, start with a conversation through our consultancy services or the AI Marketing by JT product.
Cost control, privacy and responsible use
Each request to a hosted model costs something, and usage tends to grow once people like a tool.
We design with budgets in mind: caching repeated answers, using smaller models for simple steps, limiting prompts to what is needed and showing cost per task on the monitoring dashboard.
Customer records, medical details, financial documents and employee data should not be sent to a provider without a deliberate decision.
Rules differ by country and sector, so we ask you to confirm obligations with your legal adviser, and we build the controls to match.
If a customer is talking to an automated assistant, they should be told. If an AI draft goes out under your name, someone should have approved it.
These are small design choices with large consequences for trust, and we build them into the interface instead of leaving them to policy documents.
Proof by method: measured on your examples
Instead, before and after each change we run your evaluation set and share the results, including the examples the system gets wrong.
We have 18+ years in digital and software delivery, 500+ clients and 48 countries served, working from Gulberg III in Lahore with time overlap for the UK, UAE and the US.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
What can AI realistically do for my business today?
It handles repetitive language and pattern tasks well: reading documents, drafting, sorting, searching and flagging unusual cases. It is weaker where facts must be exact without review. We help you pick tasks where it adds value with acceptable risk.
Do I need a lot of data?
Not always. Language-model approaches can work with a few examples and your documents. Custom predictive models need enough historical records with reliable outcomes. The data audit tells you which applies.
Will my data be shared with an AI provider?
It depends on the design. We document exactly what leaves your systems, choose providers with suitable terms, and can mask sensitive fields or self-host when your policy requires. Check current provider terms before signing off.
Can the system work in Urdu?
Many models handle Urdu with varying quality. We test your real content and tell you where it works, where it needs review and where it should not be used.
How do you keep the system from making things up?
By grounding answers in your documents, requiring citations, limiting what the system may do and routing uncertain cases to people. Residual errors remain, which is why review and monitoring are part of the build.
Can you add AI to the software I already have?
Usually yes, through APIs or a small service next to it. Our MVP approach is a good way to test one feature first.
