Industry reporting dashboards that show what marketing earned, not just what it spent
An industry reporting dashboard pulls spend, traffic, enquiries and sales into one live view, using the metrics that matter in your sector. We build them for owners and managers who are tired of five platform logins and a monthly PDF nobody trusts.

- Live dashboards plus a short monthly commentary
The reason most marketing reports go unread
A typical report lists impressions, clicks, followers and a few charts, then asks the reader to guess whether the business is better off. Owners learn to ignore it.
Meanwhile the numbers that decide the next budget, such as cost per qualified lead, booked appointments or revenue by source, sit in four different tools and three people's spreadsheets.
A good dashboard answers a handful of questions quickly. How much did we spend? How many real enquiries did that produce? Which of them became customers? Which channel and campaign deserve more money, and which less? It also shows when the data is incomplete, because a clean chart built on broken tracking is worse than no chart.
Industry matters because the questions differ. A clinic cares about bookings and no-shows by treatment. A manufacturer cares about quote requests by country. A school cares about applications by programme and intake. We design around those realities, drawing on more than 18 years of running campaigns that had to justify their cost.
Deliverables in every build
Every dashboard is built on the same foundations, then tailored to your sector.
- Measurement planA written list of the questions the dashboard must answer, with the exact definition of each metric, so nobody argues about numbers later.
- Data connectionsGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console and, where possible, your CRM or sales sheet connected in Looker Studio.
- Sector scorecardA one-page summary of the metrics owners check most, such as cost per qualified lead, bookings, quote requests or applications.
- Channel and campaign viewsDetail by source, campaign, landing page, city and device, with filters for date and branch.
- Lead quality layerA status field or import that marks leads as qualified, booked, won or lost, so spend is compared with outcomes.
- Alerts and sanity checksSimple flags for tracking failures, sudden spend spikes or zero-lead days.
- Monthly commentaryA short written note explaining what moved, why, and what we plan to change.

Build process and timeline
Most of the effort goes into getting the data right. Charts come last.
- Questions and definitionsWe meet owners and sales leads to agree what a lead, a qualified lead and a sale mean in your business.
- Tracking auditWe check events, conversions, UTM tagging and call or WhatsApp tracking, and fix gaps before drawing anything.
- Data modelSources are joined and cleaned, for instance matching ad clicks to CRM records where your systems allow it.
- Dashboard designA first version is shared, tested against known figures and simplified. Fewer, clearer charts beat a wall of widgets.
- Training and handoverYour team learns to read and filter it, and we set the reporting rhythm for calls and commentary.

Choosing metrics that belong to your business
Vanity measures such as impressions and follower counts are easy to chart and rarely change a decision.
We start from the decisions you actually make: whether to raise a budget, pause a campaign, hire another salesperson or change an offer. Each metric on the page has to support one of those choices.
First, every metric has a written definition, so a lead means the same thing in the ad platform, the report and the sales meeting. Second, we separate volume from quality.
A campaign that brings many enquiries and few buyers looks excellent on one chart and poor on the next, and you need both beside each other.
For businesses that sell on cash on delivery, take bookings that are later cancelled, or close deals over weeks, we also add a lag view.
It shows how many of last month's enquiries have turned into customers so far, which prevents the common mistake of judging a campaign too early.
Tools in the stack
We prefer widely used tools that you can keep using without us.
Tool | Job in the dashboard | Note |
|---|---|---|
Looker Studio | Presentation and filters | Free to use, shareable by link or login |
GA4 | Website behaviour and events | Needs correct event setup first |
Google Ads and Meta Ads | Spend and conversion data | Compared with your own records |
Search Console | Organic impressions and clicks | Shows search demand before leads arrive |
Google Sheets or CRM | Lead status and sales | Where outcomes live; quality depends on staff updates |
Call tracking or WhatsApp logs | Phone and chat enquiries | Important in markets where calls dominate |
Sector views we set up
These are examples of how the main page changes by industry.
Healthcare
Enquiries and bookings by treatment, location and source, with response time shown beside conversion.
Real estate
Leads by project and budget band, site visit rates and which campaigns bring serious buyers.
Education
Applications by programme, city and intake, with counsellor follow-up tracked.
Manufacturing and export
Quote requests by product and country, sample requests and returning buyers.
Ecommerce
Orders, revenue and return rates by channel, including cash on delivery outcomes where data exists.
Pricing factors and when not to buy
Cost follows the number of platforms to connect, how clean existing tracking is, whether your sales data is in a CRM or on paper, the number of branches or product lines to split by, and how often you want us to maintain and comment on it.
It also cannot create data that nobody records.
If your team will not mark lead outcomes, we will say so, because the best chart in the world cannot show sales that were never logged.
In that case start with our industry lead funnels, which build the follow-up habit first. Ready to talk? Contact us for a quote.
Proof by method: numbers you can check
Spend is compared with platform invoices, conversions with GA4, and enquiries with what your team actually received.
That honest framing is the point of the work.
You can see how we describe results in our Google Ads case studies and SEO ranking results.
Our guide to doing a marketing audit in seven steps shows the checks that come before reporting, and marketing for B2B companies shows a sector where reporting by account matters.
The dashboards sit within our wider industry-wise digital marketing service, and are delivered from Lahore for clients across the USA, UK, UAE and beyond.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
What is the difference between a dashboard and a monthly report?
A dashboard is live and lets you filter by date, channel or branch whenever you like. A report is a snapshot with commentary. We provide both: the dashboard for checking, and a short monthly note that explains what the numbers mean.
Can you connect data from my CRM or sales sheet?
Usually yes. Many CRMs connect through standard connectors, and a well-kept Google Sheet works well. The limit is data quality, so we agree a simple way for your team to mark lead outcomes.
Do I own the dashboard?
Yes. We build it in your own Looker Studio and Google accounts where possible, so access stays with you, including if you stop working with us.
Why do platform numbers differ from my own records?
Platforms attribute conversions in their own way, some conversions happen offline, and tracking can drop events. We show the differences and explain them, so decisions rest on your sales records.
How long does it take?
A basic version can be ready in a few weeks when tracking is sound. If tracking needs repair or data sits in many systems, the project is longer, and we give a plan after the audit.
