Reputation & review management that earns trust before the first call
Reputation and review management is the steady work of earning genuine reviews, replying to them well and keeping your business information accurate wherever buyers look. We run it for clinics, schools, restaurants, travel firms and service companies whose customers check Google before they pick up the phone.

- Professional replies drafted for every review, good or bad
- Monthly reporting on ratings, volume and what customers mention
Reviews are now part of your sales pitch
People rarely buy a service they cannot check. A parent choosing a school, a patient picking a clinic or a buyer comparing two suppliers will open the Google listing, read a few reviews and look at how the owner replied.
A weak profile loses enquiries you never knew existed, because the person simply scrolled on.
Good management is quieter than most people expect. It is not about hiding criticism or collecting a rush of five-star ratings. Platforms look for patterns that seem manufactured, and readers can smell them too. What works is a repeatable habit: ask real customers at the right moment, make leaving a review easy, reply promptly and politely, and fix the operational causes behind repeated complaints.
We bring more than 18 years of working with local and international brands to this, including the awkward cases such as a disputed bill, a former employee or a competitor with a grudge. Our role is to give your team a clear process and take the routine work off their desk.

Replying to criticism without making it worse
The pattern that works is plain.
Thank the person, name the specific problem so it is clear you read it, say what you will do or have done, and offer an offline route such as a phone number or email.
Do not argue facts in public, do not copy and paste the same apology under ten reviews, and do not accuse the reviewer of lying, even when you suspect it.
A restaurant can be warm and light. A hospital or law firm must be measured, and must never confirm that the reviewer was a patient or client.
We write replies in English or Urdu, and we agree an approval route with you so that sensitive responses are read by the right person before they go live.
Complaints that repeat, such as slow delivery, unclear pricing or rude front desk staff, are free operational research. We collect them in each monthly report so that the fix happens in the business, not only in the reply box.
Platforms and what matters on each
Different audiences check different places. We focus effort where your buyers look.
Platform | Who checks it | What we manage |
|---|---|---|
Google Business Profile | Nearly every local buyer | Reviews, replies, categories, photos, Q&A |
Facebook page | Consumers, especially in services and food | Recommendations, comments, messages |
Industry directories | Patients, travellers, students | Profile accuracy and review replies |
Trustpilot and similar | International online buyers | Invitations and replies where the site is relevant |
Search results for your name | Anyone doing a final check | Monitoring and content that answers common doubts |
Rules we will not break
Short cuts here can lead to removed reviews, suspended profiles or legal trouble.
No fake reviews
We do not write, buy or trade reviews. Platforms act against them and so do consumer-protection rules in many markets.
No review gating
We do not send only happy customers to the review link. Everyone is invited.
No incentives that break policy
Rewards for reviews are restricted on many platforms. We check the current policy first.
Privacy first
In healthcare and similar fields, replies never confirm that someone was a customer or reveal details of their case.
Scope and cost drivers
The number of branches or practitioners matters most, since each has its own listing.
Review volume and the size of the reply backlog matter next, followed by how many platforms are in play and whether we draft replies in English, Urdu or both.
If you also want this folded into a broader plan with search and ads, our industry-wise digital marketing service ties them together, and our digital marketing packages show the usual structure.
Situations that are a poor fit
Customers who are repeatedly let down will say so, and a polite reply cannot fix a late delivery or a botched procedure.
Start by delivering well and asking early customers to share their experience.
Our post on collecting and responding to online reviews covers the do-it-yourself approach.
Proof here is by method, not by headline numbers: you will see rating trends, response times and complaint themes in a monthly report you can verify against the platforms yourself.
Work is delivered from Lahore with calls timed for UK, UAE and US business hours, and our industry lead funnels use the same reviews as proof inside the enquiry path.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
Can you remove negative reviews?
Only the platform can remove a review, and only if it breaks its rules, for example spam, a conflict of interest or content that is off-topic. We help you identify those and file the reports. For genuine criticism, a calm, specific reply is usually the best response.
How do you get more reviews without breaking the rules?
By asking every real customer, at the point they are most satisfied, with a direct link that takes one tap to open. Making the request routine, rather than occasional, is what raises volume over time.
How quickly will my rating improve?
It depends on your current volume and what customers experience. Ratings are an average, so a large history moves slowly. Fresh, regular reviews matter more to readers than a single score, and reply quality improves perception sooner.
Should every review get a reply?
Ideally yes. Short, specific replies to positive reviews and careful replies to negative ones show readers that someone is paying attention. Where privacy rules apply, as in medicine, replies need extra care.
Do you handle reviews for businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes. We work with clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe, and adapt tone and platform focus to each market.
