Keyword research services that show you what customers actually search before they buy

We provide keyword research services that turn search data into a usable map: which terms to target, which page should rank for each and where the buying intent sits. It suits new sites, redesigns, content plans and ad accounts that need to stop guessing.

By Junaid Tariq Reviewed October 2026

  • Keywords judged by intent and commercial value, not volume alone
  • Each term assigned to one page, so pages stop competing

Demand data before you build or write

Keyword research is the step that decides whether the rest of SEO is aimed correctly. Get it wrong and you can publish excellent pages for searches nobody makes, or target words so broad and competitive that you never appear.

Get it right and the site structure, page copy, ad campaigns and content calendar all point at the same set of customer questions.

A good list is more than a table of volumes. It records what the searcher wants (to learn, compare, buy or find a place), how a results page looks (shopping boxes, maps, videos, forum threads) and whether your business can realistically compete. A term with modest volume and a buyer in a hurry often beats a term with ten times the traffic and no intent to purchase.

This service suits owners about to build or rebuild a site, agencies and in-house teams that inherited a messy set of keywords, store owners deciding how to structure categories and advertisers who suspect their search campaigns are spending on the wrong terms. It also helps anyone planning a content strategy and wanting the topics to rest on evidence.

Research output your team can use

The output is built to be used by your team, not filed away.

Reading the results page like a customer

Volume numbers rarely tell you who is searching.

Before we approve any priority term we open the live results and read them as a buyer would.

If the page is full of shopping carts and price comparison, a blog article will not compete.

If it is mainly maps, the answer is local SEO, not a longer article.

If forums and videos dominate, the opportunity may lie in a different format entirely.
This step also exposes mismatches between how you describe your offer and how customers do.

A firm may call a service 'fiscal advisory' while its customers type 'tax filing help'.

A manufacturer may list 'export-grade garments' while buyers type a product name and a quantity.

We keep a glossary of your terms against theirs, and it often improves ad copy and navigation labels as well as SEO pages.

We note differences between countries, too.

The same product can have different names in the USA, UK and UAE, and a single list built for one market can mislead another.

Where you sell abroad, we collect each market's terms separately and compare them before deciding what to share across pages.

No single tool is accurate on its own, so we cross-check.

Variables that shape the scope

We scope after a short conversation. These are the factors that change effort.

Number of offers

A single service needs one cluster set. A store with many ranges needs many.

Markets and languages

Each country or language needs its own research. For multi-country plans see international SEO services.

Existing site

A site with history gives real query data. A new site relies more on competitor and live-result analysis.

Competitive field

Crowded sectors need deeper analysis of who is realistic to beat.

Intended use

SEO plans, ad campaigns and site migrations each need a slightly different output.

Depth of mapping

Keyword lists alone are quick. Full mapping to pages, with content briefs, takes more time.

Situations where research alone will not help

A keyword report does not create traffic by itself.

If nobody will build pages, update copy or change the structure, the spreadsheet will sit unused, and you would be better off spending on the work that follows.

If your site has serious crawl or speed faults, start with an SEO audit first, then plan keywords.

It is also less useful for businesses with extremely narrow or brand-only demand, such as a company selling a unique product that people reach through referral.

In that case the better questions are about customer interviews and sales channels.

And if you plan a platform move, bring keyword mapping into the plan early, because it tells you which URLs deserve protection during an SEO site migration.

Proof by method: what you can check yourself

We show the working.

Every priority keyword in the file lists its source, the intent we assigned, the page that currently ranks (if any) and why we chose the target page.

You can open the results page for any term and see whether our reading matches.

Where tools disagree on volume, we note the range, not a single confident number.

We also keep the original export so your team can filter and sort it without us.

After implementation we track the clusters in Search Console, so you can see impressions, clicks and positions for the groups we targeted.

If a cluster underperforms, we review the intent assumption first, since misread intent causes more failures than low difficulty.

Our guide on finding the right keywords for your business explains the basics if you want to see the thinking.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you get in touch.

How many keywords will I receive?

That depends on the size of your offer and market. We do not measure quality by list length. A focused set mapped to real pages is more useful than thousands of unsorted terms, and we show the full list for transparency.

Do you research keywords for Google Ads as well as SEO?

Yes. Ad keywords care about match types, negatives and cost, while SEO cares about page structure and intent. We can produce both from the same research. Our Google Ads management team uses the same data when running campaigns.

How is this different from running a keyword tool myself?

Tools return data. The service adds judgement: which terms match your offer, how competitive they are for your site and which page should own each one. Many owners run the tools, then struggle to decide what to do with the results.

Can you research keywords for Urdu or local searches?

Yes. We include area names, Roman Urdu variants and mixed-language phrases, which standard tools often handle poorly. We check the results pages manually for those terms, because estimated volumes are less reliable.

How often should keyword research be repeated?

Review it at least once a year, and again after a redesign, new product line or market entry. Search habits, results pages and competitors change, and AI features have changed how some queries are answered. See our AI SEO services for that angle.

Will you also create the content afterwards?

If you want. Many clients take the research and brief their own team, and others ask us to continue into writing. You can contact us to scope either route.
