Turkey, Istanbul to Gaziantep: outsource to Pakistan for SEO, stores and software
Turkish companies that outsource to Pakistan usually want SEO, Google Ads, e-commerce stores, web design and software development at a workable pace. Our Lahore team delivers it for Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and beyond, with Turkish copy checked by a native reviewer.
- Turkish-language SEO and store builds
- Marketplace and own-store strategy together
- Two-hour gap to Istanbul, calls in the overlap
People search in Turkish, compare on Google and marketplaces like Trendyol and Hepsiburada, then check installment options.
Own-store SEO and Google Ads on high-intent terms, with marketplace work running next to it.
KVKK data law, e-commerce registration and e-invoicing apply; confirm current rules with your accountant or lawyer.
Orders, installment-ready checkout rate, cost per order, organic share of revenue and returns.
Turkey is UTC+3 all year, two hours behind Lahore. The working week is Monday to Friday, like ours.
“SEO ajansı”, “web tasarım” and the Turkish way to shop for a vendor
A business owner in Turkey rarely types in English. Searches look like “SEO ajansı İstanbul”, “e-ticaret sitesi kurma”, “Google Ads ajansı” or “yazılım geliştirme firması”, often with a city name and sometimes with “fiyat”.
Read the full explanation
A page that lacks Turkish keywords and local phrasing will not appear for any of them, however good the English text is.
The buying pattern is also distinct. Owners ask for a reference, compare two or three quotes, and prefer a clear sense of who they are talking to. A WhatsApp number, a named contact and a short proposal count for more than a long brochure. We write the proposal in plain terms and send it in Turkish if you need it for a partner or accountant.
What we cannot claim is a Turkish-speaking team. We build, research and structure the work in Lahore, and every piece of Turkish copy goes to a native reviewer before it is published. That review is a line in the quote, not an extra.
City by city: where Turkish business clusters and what it needs online
Turkey's economy is spread across several centres, and each tends to have a different customer base. We build location pages and ad groups around them.
Istanbul: Levent, Maslak, Şişli, Kadıköy and Ataşehir
Corporate head offices, finance, media, startups and health tourism sit across these districts. B2B search pages, clinic and hair transplant marketing, and agency-style lead funnels are common.
Ankara: Çankaya, Kızılay and the technology zones
Public sector suppliers, defence-linked engineering, universities and software teams. Capability pages, tender-style documents and technical SEO matter here.
Izmir: Alsancak, Bornova and the Aegean coast
Export-minded manufacturers, agriculture, textiles and tourism. English and German pages are common alongside Turkish.
Bursa and Kocaeli-Gebze
Automotive suppliers, textiles and heavy industry. Supplier portals, product catalogues and RFQ forms.
Antalya
Tourism, hotels, real estate and dental and cosmetic travel. Multi-language landing pages and review-led profiles.
Gaziantep, Konya, Kayseri and Denizli
Food, machinery, furniture and home textiles that sell to Turkish retailers and to export buyers. Catalogue sites, B2B ordering and marketplaces.
Own store, marketplace or both
Marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11 and Çiçeksepeti dominate Turkish e-commerce discovery. The decision is rarely one or the other.
Route | Strength | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
Marketplace listing | Instant traffic and trust, built-in payments and delivery | Commission, price pressure, weak ownership of the customer |
Own store | Margins, brand and customer data, SEO assets | Slower start, needs tracking, ads and a good checkout |
Hybrid | Marketplace for reach, own store for repeat buyers and bundles | Stock and price sync across channels |
B2B ordering portal | Dealers and wholesalers order repeatedly | Needs login, price lists and ERP links |

Installments, invoices and trust cues Turkish buyers expect
Several habits shape conversion in Turkey. If a store ignores them, ad spend leaks.
- Installment options (taksit)Show them on product pages and in checkout. Many shoppers decide on the monthly amount.
- Local payment gatewaysProviders such as iyzico or PayTR are used with Turkish stores; confirm availability and terms with the provider.
- E-invoice and e-archiveBusinesses issue electronic invoices. Your accountant sets the process; we make sure the store passes the right data.
- Distance-sales and returns textMesafeli satış sözleşmesi, delivery and returns pages must be present. Your lawyer should approve the wording.
- KVKK noticesTurkey's personal data law applies to forms and tracking. Cookie and consent banners are reviewed with your adviser.
- Company details visibleTrade name, MERSIS registration number, address and phone give reassurance.
- Holiday calendarRamazan Bayramı, Kurban Bayramı, Republic Day on 29 October, Black Friday and Singles Day all shift demand and delivery.
Working order for a Turkish SEO and store project
A typical first quarter follows this sequence.
- Turkish keyword researchSearch data from Search Console and keyword tools, checked by a native reviewer for natural phrasing and for dotted and dotless i forms.
- Technical fixesCrawl, speed, structured data, and clean URLs with Turkish characters handled consistently.
- Content and category pagesCategory copy and buying guides written for Turkish queries, with internal links to products.
- Ads on topGoogle Ads on high-intent terms, then Meta for retargeting and new audiences.
- ReportingMonthly report in plain language, in English or Turkish, covering orders, organic growth and what we will change.
Sector notes: health tourism, furniture, jewellery and textile exporters
Clinics in Istanbul and Antalya compete for international patients who search in English, German, Arabic and Russian-language markets, so the page set must be multilingual and honest about what a procedure involves.
Furniture makers in Kayseri, jewellery sellers around the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, and home-textile producers in Denizli often sell through dealers and retailers as well as to consumers.
See furniture marketing and jewellery marketing for how that split works.
Those stay with your team and advisers, and the website supports them with clear forms, accurate catalogues and tracking.
Software, lira pricing pressure and time overlap
Both countries work Monday to Friday, which gives five shared days and makes this one of the easiest overlaps we deal with.
We invoice in US dollars, keep scope in writing, and suggest milestone-based builds so both sides know what is paid for.
For ERP, CRM, B2B ordering and apps, see software development and Magento or Shopify for stores.
For neighbours in the region, read our European market page and German businesses, where many Turkish exporters sell.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
Do you write Turkish content yourselves?
We plan, brief and structure it, and use a native Turkish reviewer for final copy. We do not claim native Turkish speakers in our team, and the reviewer is named in the scope.
Is Google or Yandex the better search engine for Turkey?
Google is the main search engine for most Turkish businesses. Yandex has a smaller share, and we check your analytics before spending any time on it.
Can you manage our Trendyol and Hepsiburada listings?
We advise on listing structure, titles, photography and ads for marketplaces, and help with feeds. Seller accounts stay in your name. Details of the marketplace programmes change, so we read current rules.
Our clinic is in Şişli and treats international patients. What do you do?
We build Turkish and English pages, local and international search, and Meta campaigns for specific treatments. Health claims are reviewed against current rules. See hair transplant marketing and dental marketing.
We manufacture in Bursa and export. Can you help us find buyers?
Yes, with export catalogue sites, English and German pages, and B2B search and LinkedIn-style outreach support. See export business marketing and lead generation.
How do you deal with Turkish characters in URLs and titles?
We choose a URL scheme early, usually plain Latin letters in slugs, and keep Turkish letters in page text. We test casing of i and İ in titles and search.
Do you work under a Turkish contract?
We contract from Pakistan and invoice in US dollars. If you need a Turkish-law agreement, your lawyer should review it and we will say honestly whether we can sign. Projects for Turkey are scoped individually. Use the contact page.
