Marketing work often requires sharing sensitive information: pricing, customer lists, product plans, financials and access to analytics and ad accounts. We treat all such information as confidential by default and use it only to deliver the services you hired us for.

If you would like a signed NDA before discussing your project, we are happy to provide a mutual agreement or sign yours, subject to review. This page summarises the principles we follow.

What counts as confidential information

• Business plans, strategies, pricing and financial information.

• Customer, lead and supplier data.

• Access credentials, analytics and advertising account data.

• Unpublished product, design or marketing materials.

• Any information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

Information that is public, already known to us, independently developed or lawfully received from a third party is not treated as confidential.

How we protect it

Access to your data is limited to people who need it to deliver the work. Credentials are shared through secure channels and should be revoked when no longer needed. We do not reuse your confidential information for other clients or publish it. We use reasonable security practices on our devices and accounts and notify you promptly if we become aware of unauthorised access.

Duration and exceptions

Confidentiality obligations continue during the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards, typically two to five years, or longer for trade secrets, as specified in the signed agreement. We may disclose information if required by law or court order, and will inform you where permitted.

Unless you ask otherwise, we may refer generally to the fact that we worked with a client or include non-sensitive results in our portfolio. Tell us if you prefer to remain anonymous. See case studies for how we present work.
