Purpose of these policies
Last updated: October 2026. This page describes how we operate and is provided for general information. It is not legal advice, and you should consult a qualified lawyer about your own circumstances.
These policies set out the standards we follow online and what we expect from visitors and clients. They complement our privacy policy, cookies policy and terms and conditions.
Acceptable use of the website
Visitors may use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape the site in a way that harms performance, submit false or abusive messages or use our name or content to mislead others. We may block access or remove submissions that breach these rules.
Content and advertising standards
We follow white-hat practices: no link schemes, hidden text, fake reviews or misleading claims. Ads and content must be truthful, comply with platform policies and applicable advertising law, and respect sectors with extra rules such as healthcare, finance and education. We will decline requests to publish claims we cannot support. Our approach is explained in white hat organic SEO.
Where we use AI tools to assist research or drafting, a human reviews the output for accuracy, originality and tone before it is published. We do not present AI-generated reviews or testimonials as real.
Security and access management
We recommend that clients give us access through role-based permissions rather than sharing passwords, and to remove access when work ends. We use strong passwords, two-factor authentication where available and keep software updated. Where we build websites, we apply sensible hardening such as updates, backups and limited admin access, but clients remain responsible for their own hosting and account security unless a maintenance plan says otherwise.
Intellectual property and reporting concerns
The text, design and tools on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights or you have a concern about our practices, contact us through the contact page with details and we will investigate promptly. Policies may be updated from time to time, and the date above shows the latest revision. Refund details are in the refund policy and confidentiality in the NDA page.
