Case studies that show the work behind the results
Our case studies set out the work behind the results in four collections: SEO rankings, Google Ads, social advertising and AI search visibility. Each one sets out the starting problem, the actions we took and the measured outcome. Use them to judge how we work in markets and sectors close to yours before you ask for a proposal.

We avoid vague claims and note when a figure comes from a specific platform report.
They show the kinds of problems we solve and the methods we use.
Businesses that fix tracking and focus on commercial intent see the quickest gains, whether in organic search, paid search or social. If you recognise your situation in one of the stories, the best next step is a conversation.
You can also read verified Google reviews on the reviews page, explore our services or see which sectors we know on the industries page.
Results by market
Results depend on market and competition; see the individual collections such as SEO results and Google Ads results.
In Pakistan
- Local markets often show quick gains from basics
- Phone and WhatsApp conversions matter
- Competition varies by sector and city
- Budgets are often smaller
In international markets
- Competitive markets need larger investment
- Tracking and attribution are standard
- Longer sales cycles need nurture
- Brand trust influences conversion
Pick the collection that fits you
If you need leads this month, Google Ads shows how quickly structure and tracking changes can shift cost per lead.
If you want to understand how AI assistants influence discovery, the AI SEO collection explains what was done and what was measured.
What to look for in any case study
It tells you what the business sold, who it competed with, what was broken at the start, what changes were made and in which order, how long the work took and how the result was measured.
We therefore keep each summary short but structured, so that you can compare your situation with the ones described and decide whether our approach applies.
None of ours promise that a similar result is automatic. Search results shift, ad auctions change and customers behave differently by season.
What stays constant is the quality of diagnosis and the discipline of measurement, and those are the parts of the work we can promise.
Patterns across the four collections
First, tracking comes before optimisation: several of the biggest paid-search gains began with correcting what counted as a conversion.
Third, relevance wins: pages, ads and posts built around one clear intent consistently do better than generic ones.
We will look at your search visibility, ad accounts and website and tell you honestly where the quickest improvements are likely to be.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before you get in touch.
Are these real clients?
Yes, every case study is based on real client work. Each one is a documented summary of an actual engagement, written from our records and reports. Some client names are withheld because of confidentiality agreements, but the sector, market, actions and measured outcomes are described as they happened.
Can I get a similar result?
You might, but we cannot promise the same result. Outcomes depend on your market, competition, budget, website and how quickly changes are approved. The fair next step is a consultation where we review your current position and tell you honestly what looks achievable and what does not.
How often are case studies updated?
We add new case studies when an engagement has run long enough to show a clear outcome and the client has approved publication. Existing studies are reviewed when the figures or context change. That means updates are irregular rather than on a fixed schedule, so check back or ask for recent examples.
Do you work in my industry?
Probably, as we have worked across healthcare, B2B, ecommerce, education, travel and many other sectors. Check the industries page for sector guides. If yours is not listed, ask us directly; we will tell you honestly whether we have relevant experience or would be learning your market from scratch.
Can I request a case study from my sector?
Yes, you can ask for case studies from your sector. We share the closest published examples and explain which parts of the approach would apply to your business. Where a client has not approved publication, we describe the work in general terms without naming them or sharing their figures.
